Multi Tier Racks

Multi-tier racking is panel racking constructed at two or more levels using the same components as heavy duty panel racks or shelf racks. It suits medium to large warehouses handling a high volume of small parts with fractioned turnover.

Building upward multiplies the storage positions available on the same footprint, which is normally far cheaper than taking additional premises. We offer a range of decking options, plus divider panels, partitions and side plates so each level can be split into the compartments your stock actually needs.

Because picking stays manual at every level, access to each load position remains direct and safe — no handling equipment is needed to reach stock, and pick faces can be arranged in whatever sequence suits your order profile.
