Layout planning, fabrication, installation, relocation, annual service and spares.
Buying racking is the easy part. What decides whether it works is the survey before it, the installation during it, and whether anyone answers the phone after it. We do all three.
Design and fabrication
Uprights, beams, panels and decking are fabricated in-house to the load rating agreed for your application, then powder coated or painted to your finish.
Supply and installation
Delivery and erection are handled by our own teams, with the structure plumbed, levelled and anchored before handover.
Relocation and reconfiguration
Existing racking can be dismantled, moved and re-erected, or reconfigured to new pallet sizes when your stock profile changes.
Annual repair agreements
Scheduled inspection and repair for pallet trucks, stackers, scissor tables and goods lifts, keeping equipment in service instead of waiting for a breakdown.
Spare parts supply
Load wheels, steer wheels, seal kits, pump cartridges, hydraulic hoses, beams and safety pins for the equipment we supply.
Process
How a project runs
1. Site survey
We measure clear heights, column positions, aisle widths, door sizes and the turning radius of the equipment you run.
2. Layout & quotation
You get a layout drawing, load ratings per level and a firm quotation — not a price per bay with the detail left open.
3. Fabrication
Uprights, beams, panels and decking are fabricated in our Ghaziabad works to the agreed specification and finish.
4. Install & handover
Our teams deliver, erect, plumb, level and anchor the structure, then hand over with the load ratings marked up.
